Advanced Microscopy Techniques (AMT) began in 1991 with the first real-time, high resolution TEM camera system as its core product. AMT's founders previously worked in SEM and TEM applications, as well as EM design, applications and manufacturing.

Now AMT is a major supplier of camera systems and sells either directly to customers or  through TEM vendors. We now have an installed based of over 500 units worldwide.

AMT offers a complete line of digital imaging capabilities with 1 megapixel to 11 megapixel formats. All systems provide sharp images with high dynamic range and low noise. All AMT's systems have modular designs that provide superior reliability and ease-of-use. AMT provides the highest performance optics with specially designed finite-conjugate lenses. AMT also pioneered the use of high resolution RES^TM phosphors, which minimize electron scattering effects and provide superior sensitivity.
