XR111 has 11 megapixel resolution.
The XR111 is AMT's premium "Biological Bottom Mount" camera with 11 megapixels and ~75% photographic or greater field-of-view imaging. It is totally film compatible.The XR111 features AMT's finite-conjugate "C-Lens", which combines an extremely large 90mm x 60mm viewing area with high-resolution performance. Its 24 micron square pixels at phosphor give the highest definition available for any 11 megapixel CCD camera. It also has comfortably fast viewing with up to 6 fps in full-view survey mode.

The XR111-2Vu is AMT's newest concept for digital TEM. 2Vu extends the XR111's biological bottom mount concept to allow simultaneous viewing from both the computer monitor and the conventional phosphor screen.2Vu is also a wide angle system that acquires images at the design optimum location in the TEM.
